Renault R31 - 2011 as driven by Vitaly Petrov 

Effectively rebranding to Lotus-Renault, the team were now racing under an English license. Vitaly Petrov joined their number one driver Robert Kubica, who then suffered an horrific injury resulting in Nick Heidfeld joining the team for the rest of the season.
