As the 1982 Formula One® campaign panned out, 11 different drivers took top spot on the podium over the 16-race Championship - one of these was Michele Alboreto in the Tyrrell 011. After securing his first podium place at Imola, Alboreto took his first career win at the Las Vegas Street Circuit in September.
