F1 COLLECTION 157
WOLF WR3 - 1978
Wolf WR3 as driven by Keke Rosberg
The WR3 was given to Theodore Racing for their new recruit Keke Rosberg. One of four WR models, the car was notable for having completed a fastest lap in the 1977 Japanese Grand Prix, and for being driven by Rosberg in the 1978 German Grand Prix, where he placed 10th.
We look at the 1978 season, as Teddy Yip became a constructor and fielded the private Wolf.
This issue features the ups and downs of Williams Racing from 1980 – 1997, the technical specifications of the WR3, and a snapshot of the 1992 Monaco Grand Prix.
French driver Jean Alesi, loved by Ferrari fans and regarded as one of the best drivers of his era, is our Champion of F1.
