F1 COLLECTION 158
MARCH 761 - 1976
March 761 as driven by Ronnie Peterson
In the early 1970s, the Swedish driver was highly sought after by all the major teams. Having missed out on the title in 1973, the subsequent crisis at Lotus saw Peterson return to March, where he showed he was still a class act, and despite being originally intended for Lella Lombardi, Peterson was entrusted with the 761 in 1976.
We look at Automobiles Gonfaronnaises Sportives, AGS, founded by Henri Julien in the late 70s while the March 761 is explored in more detail, and the 2003 British Grand Prix is highlighted.
Finally, French driver Olivier Panis is featured as our Champion of F1.
