Renault R24 as driven by Fernando Alsonso

In 2001, Renault returned as a constructor after buying Benetton, changing the team name the following year. It had a strategy to take the world title, something it would achieve in 2005, but 2004 represented an important technical turning point. Promoted from test driver to the team in 2003, Fernanado Alonso had an impressive 2004.

We look at the Renault R24 in detail, plus check out Team Haas Lola Beatrice from 1985 - 1986, and cover the 2019 Belgian Grand Prix. This issue’s Champion of F1 is Venezuelan Pastor Maldonaldo.
